What date do I have engraved on my knife?
Typically the child's firts birthday date is engraved on the knife, but some choose to put the baby's day they were born. It is strictly personal preference. We don't recommend having a name engraved with plans to add a date later. It is difficult to center the lines when done at a later time. If you are giving the knife as a shower gift, let the recipient engrave at a later time.
 
How long does it take to have a knife engraved if that option is selected on the website?
You will need to allow 5 working days to process your order. Your order must be placed before 1:00 to count as a day.

Engraving Options 
Jubilee Keepsakes offers one style engraving. You can select the child's first name and date, or frequently children have double names such as "Sarah Grace". You have the option to select to have the child's entire name engraved. That option is First, Middle, and Last name with a date. Please do not enter an alternate form such as a 3 initial monogram style. That is not an option we offer at this time.

What if I want to purchase multiple gifts and have them sent to different addresses?
If you want to ship gifts to more than one shipping address you will need to place a different order for each address.
This will allow you to provide us with a gift enclosure statement.
 
How long does it take for a custom monogrammed diaper cover or bib?
You will need to add 4 working days to process your custom monogram order.
 
What is your gift wrap?
Your jewelry pieces will be packaged in a cotton filled 2 part white swirl gift box. If the gift is a Christening gift, we will use white paper and tulle. If it is birthday, we will use appropriate birthday options we have with multi color ribbon,tulle, and multi colored shred. The packaging on the knives stands as it is. This gift is packaged inside a clear cello bag and tied with the grosgrain ribbon. We do wrap these in tissue and place them in a standard mailing box.
Diaper covers and bibs will be wrapped in multi colored tissue and placed inside a clear cello bag and tied with tulle, ribbon and multi colored shred
 
Some or your fabrics are definitely boy or girl specific. Can I order a camo print fabric for a girl?
Yes, but you need to email to be sure we understand you want it for a girl. Camo is typically for boys. Our sports fabric is typically for boys, but can surely be for a girl sports enthusiast, for example if mom or dad were a coach and you wanted to play off that. Just let us know.
 
What is your fabric availability?
We make every effort to maintain current inventory levels of our fabric. Textile companies do come to the end of productin at times. When that occurrs we will retire a fabric and replace it with a new designer fabric.

Ordering Process
When clicking the "ORDER" button, be very sure you have selected the correct payment amount for any extra engraving charges for the cake knives. If you select the incorrect amount, your order will appear to have processed, however, it will be delayed in shipping until the proper amount is processed through a second Pay Pal transaction.
